Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician for a short-term, 1-month contract to assist with IT support, office set up, and device deployment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, device imaging, and Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with Microsoft Autopilot and deployment projects is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
- Perform device imaging and deployment for new and existing employees.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 set up, including email, Teams, and OneDrive support.
- Support deployment processes, ensuring smooth onboarding of new devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows, Office applications, and network access.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with device imaging and deployment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (O365).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Autopilot for device provisioning.
- Previous involvement in IT deployment projects.
