About the role:
Our client is looking for a Media Paid Search Specialist who'll set up, run, and continually optimize Brand and Non-Brand campaigns that meet and exceed media KPIs for the national always-on buy and a variety of local and seasonal efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Architect brand and non-brand campaigns at the national and local levels across both evergreen strategies and key seasonal periods for client
- Consistently update campaigns and optimize them to hit primary and secondary KPIs
- Utilize keyword research and social listening tools to:
- Plan for the launches of new products and service offerings
- Test a variety of ad copy while staying true to client's brand voice
- Consistently update brand, non-brand, and negative keyword lists
- Setup, maintain, and automate eCommerce feeds in Google Merchant Center
- Review quality score components and collaborate with the SEO team to improve ad relevance
- Leverage value-based bidding to optimize towards and measure conversions that are relevant to campaign goals
- Monitor campaign performance by building dashboards in enterprise reporting tools
- Partner with cross-functional teams, such as CRM, product, and creative, to align media reporting insights with broader marketing objectives
- Perform regular campaign audits to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Supports with additional projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of overall online advertising experience
- 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns including eCommerce (shopping)
- 1 year of experience setting up and optimizing Google Performance Max campaigns
- Advanced GA4 Expertise: At least 1-2 years of experience in Google Analytics 4, with proficiency in setting up custom tracking events, funnels, and goal conversions
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise-level tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch)
- Demonstrated experience running and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests to inform web and media strategies
- Google Ads certification required
- Ability to adapt to the rapidly changing media landscape
- Ability to learn quickly and easily adapt to a dynamic environment
- Eager to be cross trained in other paid media channels (paid search, programmatic, etc.)
