Sr. Dynamics F&O Business Analyst

About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Business Analyst to join our team in South Charlotte! This is a full-time onsite role where you'll play a critical part in optimizing our business processes and ensuring seamless system functionality.
What You'll Do:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify process improvements
- Configure, test, and support Dynamics F&O modules
- Provide training and documentation for end users
- Collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in MS Dynamics 365 F&O
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations modules
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in South Charlotte (Flexability on those with commute)
- Experience with system integrations and reporting tools is a plus
