Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Shipping & Receiving Inventory Associate:
- Stocking incoming products onto shelves.
- Picking and pulling of parts for customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Cycle counting
- Assist in the maintaining accurate inventory records and flow of product to the production floor.
- Pull and deliver the product to the proper inventory location, department, or personnel.
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous forklift experience is desired.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy counts.
- Must possess the ability to apply basic math skills.
- Experience entering data into computers.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
