What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping & Receiving Inventory Associate - Part-Time position at Value Added Distributors LLC?
Value Added Distributors is looking for a driven, hardworking, and enthusiastic Part-Time Shipping & Receiving Inventory Associate to join our team of experts at our Shawano, WI location. The flexible work schedule for the position is between the hours of Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm. Approximately 20 hours per week with a minimum of a 4 hour shift. The starting salary is $15.00 per hour. This position reports to the Production Manager and will assist in the day to day inventory control activities.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities for the Shipping & Receiving Inventory Associate:
- Stocking incoming products onto shelves.
- Picking and pulling of parts for customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Cycle counting.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and flow of product to the production floor.
- Pull and deliver the product to the proper inventory location, department, or personnel.
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives.
- Adhere to established company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the Shipping & Receiving Inventory Associate:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy counts.
- Experience entering data into computers.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ability to use and read tape measures and digital calipers.
- Ability to work quickly, high degree of accuracy and independently in a fast-paced environment.
