Business Development Representative
The Vaden family owns and operates 12 dealerships in the coastal region of GA and SC. We have successfully served thousands of customers across the southeast and actively supported several charities, and our community, for over 50 years.
Vaden Chevrolet of Beaufort is hiring Business Development Representatives (BDR). You will use a script guiding your answers when responding to internet, phone, and 'live chat' requests for information about vehicle prices and availability to purchase. Your goal is to schedule several appointments per day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team. Enjoy working in our fun, fast-paced Business Development Center! Responsibilities:
- Use a script guiding your answers when responding to internet, telephone, and 'live chat' requests for information about vehicle pricing and availability to purchase.
- Identify customer's needs, answer questions in a professional, pleasant manner, and assist them to the best of your ability.
- Schedule several appointments/day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales team.
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to schedule an appointment.
Qualifications:
- Auto BDC experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
- Call center/customer service experience is a plus
- Great customer service and communication skills
- A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career
- Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
- The ability to multi-task, follow direction, and be open to change
- A good work ethic and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
