Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, assisting the Executive Director, and supporting the overall culture of the company. This position requires strong communication skills, great organization systems, and a solid understanding of payroll processes.
Duties
- Enter and maintain employee records in payroll software and spreadsheets
- Weekly HR Reporting -Document and track attendance, AIR Pay, Employee count, etc through excel and with charts-
- Conduct new employee orientation and process paperwork
- Assist in ensuring employee documentation of warnings and evaluations through system is complete
- Interviewing/Hiring
- Checking in on new hires, being the face of HR
- Vacations for employees, putting into Payroll software
- TV Announcements, slides, boards, posters-
- Payroll Processing prep- Ensuring that timecards are ready to processe
- Assist Executive Director with company insurance and & benefits
- Recruitment
- Assisnt with various programs such as Employee of the month
This position is based in Elkhart, but would require one day a week traveling to our Fort Wayne Location.
