The Role: 

Welcome to the techie side of the spotlight at VAI Resort! As the Hotel Enterprise Application Specialist, you’ll be the backstage wizard pulling the strings behind our hotel management software. From Opera Cloud to Simphony POS, you’ll ensure all our systems are running smoothly so our guests have an unforgettable experience – no tech hiccups allowed. Think of yourself as the conductor of a symphony where every system note hits perfectly, harmonizing with the resort’s dynamic operations. If you’re ready to make software sing, this is your stage! 

Your Setlist (AKA What you’ll be doing): 

• Software Maestro – You’ll be responsible for implementing and supporting our essential hotel systems like Opera Cloud PMS, Simphony POS, RMS, CRM, and a lot of other TLA (Three Letter Acronym) systems. Every system update, upgrade, and installation is your chance to make magic happen. 
• Problem-Solving Rockstar – When tech challenges come knocking, you’ll answer with your troubleshooting skills. You’re the go-to guru for solving issues and ensuring our applications are always running at their peak. 
• Collaborator Extraordinaire – You’ll work with the coolest coworkers and vendors in the industry, building strong partnerships to ensure timely support and smooth delivery. You’ll keep the show running smoothly and elevate the guest experience every time. 
• Training Superstar – You’ll create and deliver training that empowers our staff to use all our systems like pros. Whether it’s showing them how to master new features or providing the ultimate troubleshooting tips, you’ll help everyone become a tech-savvy team member.

• A Tech Virtuoso – You’re a pro when it comes to hotel management software, with a knack for identifying and solving issues quickly and efficiently. 
• A Communication Star – Whether it’s explaining a technical process or collaborating with team members, you know how to make complex systems understandable and relatable. 
• An Organizing Genius – You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple tech projects while keeping everything running like a well-oiled machine. 
• Ready for the Spotlight – Flexibility is your jam. Some off-hours troubleshooting or system updates are just part of the gig, but you’re always ready to shine when it counts.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $95,000
