Pay Range : $21.00 to $26.00 an hour, depending on experience

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm

What You'll Do as Our Full Charge Bookkeeper :

Manage accounts payable & receivable

Process payroll and maintain records

Handle monthly financial reporting and reconciliations

Oversee tax filings, invoices, and collections

Maintain accurate general ledger records

Work closely with management to support financial decisions

What You Bring to the Table :

Experience : 2 years of bookkeeping experience (5 years preferred)

Education : Associate degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)

Skills : Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Traits : Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently
