We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our administrative team in Fishersville as an HVAC Dispatcher . In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our service operations run smoothly while delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do :
Maintain daily schedules and dispatch Service Technicians as calls are completed.
Schedule return trips for customers when parts are in.
Manage the on-call schedule for technicians.
Keep customer records updated in our database.
Answer and direct calls on a multi-line telephone system.
Perform data entry, invoicing, filing, scheduling, and collections.
Assist with interdepartmental communication and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For :
Experience dispatching in HVAC or a similar trade.
Strong geographical knowledge of the service area and map-reading skills.
Scheduling and appointment-setting experience.
Experience handling a multi-line telephone system.
Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Highly proficient computer skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
