Children's Center Rental Valet - Winter Seasonal, Part Time, Vail Mountain
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- To deliver outstanding guest service, provide quality information.
- Meet and greet parents and children in front of the children's ski school.
- Label students skis and place in correct area around building. Handle guest complaints.
- Have proper knowledge of the Vail Children's Snowsports School programs.
- Assist with other details and responsibilities in the Children's Center such as the 3-6 program area and rentals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - required.
- Ability to communicate fluently (written and oral) in english - required.
- Ability to multi task - required.
- Able to handle a very busy environment - required.
- Basic alpine and snowboard terminology - required.
- Previous experience working with children and parents - required.
- Previous experience working in a guest service position - preferred.
- Ability to pay attention to details.
- Team player with above average communication, guest service and organizational skills - preferred.
- Spanish extremely helpful - preferred.
Schedule: Work 3-4 days per week, approximately 2.5 hours per day AM.
