A busser is responsible for ensuring that all resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage dining experience possible while assisting in the creation of a profitable department that is environmentally responsible. This position follows the brand standards from the beginning of the service cycle through the entire dining process and is professional and gracious while enhancing the dining experience through outstanding service skills. Job duties of this position include:

Setting up and clearing tables

Assisting in guest service and food and beverage service as needed

Replenish condiments and maintain general cleanliness

General clean up of restaurant
- Trash removal
Requirements:

Professional appearance

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs

Able to stand for up to 6 hours at a time

Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Prior food and beverage experience - preferred
