The Game Creek Club is a members only club located in Vail, CO. This exclusive demands high levels of customer service with high end clientele. If you have a heart for professional customer service, come join us.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Oversee food and beverage operation and ski valet service at the Game Creek Club Village Clubhouse, incuding ordering of all F&B, serving continental breakfast in the morning and apres ski snacks, beer and wine in the afternoon.
- Staff Clubhouse during eleven DawnBuster events beginning at 6:45 AM.
- Order and maintain par levels of all food, kitchen supplies, beer, wine and service supplies.
- Responsible for all areas of kitchen and clubhouse sanitation and cleanliness including recyling program.
- Accurately ensure all member F&B charges are posted by Office Manager daily.
- Create and maintain a warm, friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist Office Manager and Club Director as needed in other areas of club operations.
- Provide morning ski valet service, moving member skis from locker to outside locking ski rack, ensuring skis are returned to lockers at end of day.
- Provide set-up, take-down and superior servicing of Tuesday afternoon Bridge Club.
- Create and implement system for locker members to pre-order their skis prior to arrival.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a food server - required.
- Excellent customer service skills - required.
- TIPS and Serv Safe certification (will provide training)- required.
- Working with high end clientele in a hospitality environment - preferred.
