Pastry Cook - Jackson Lake Lodge
This opportunity is great for those who seek to hone their culinary skills and expertise in a fast paced, large volume multi cultural resort environment, enjoy being in Grand Teton National Park and having Fun!
Responsible for opening, setting up, running and closing of the bakery, Prepare all baked and pastry goods to specification by the chef. Follow standard recipes at all times. Responsible for the safety and cleanliness of the bakery. This position generally works a 36-48 hour work week, early May through September.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Required to live in the assigned housing or RV location on property at all times
- 1 year minimum pastry and baking experience
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Knowledge of different breads, doughs and pastries
- High volume baking and pastry
