RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Assisting waitstaff and our guests in all areas of the restaurant in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
- Greeting guests by offering them a warm, heartfelt welcome to the dining room
- Cleaning and reset counters and tables
- Assisting servers with all beverage service by refilling beverages when appropriate
- Ensuring prompt, accurate service with anticipation of, and compliance with, all guest and waitstaff needs
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work long shifts and varied hours
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous Food & Beverage experience
- Fine Dining experience

- Pioneer Grill at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a less formal setting, for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a classic 1950’s-style service. Pioneer Grill has a friendly atmosphere and serves classic American food like buffalo burgers and pan-seared rainbow trout, hot sandwiches and timeless classics like homemade meat loaf, homemade chili and classic Liver and Onions. Take-out service is also available. Pioneer Grill boasts of its milk shakes made from homemade ice cream.
