RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- The proper settling of guest checks through the Point of Sale system
- Answering phones, greeting guests and providing information
- Assisting in the opening procedures of the Cashier stands
- Balancing deposits at end of shift and reconciles any discrepancies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Adept at problem solving.
- Ability to work long and varied hours while standing.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be hands on.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Prior cashier experience
- Prior Point of Sale experience
LOCATION SPECIFIC INFORMATION:
- Pioneer Grill at Jackson Lake Lodge offers a less formal setting, for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a classic 1950’s-style service. Pioneer Grill has a friendly atmosphere and serves classic American food like buffalo burgers and pan-seared rainbow trout, hot sandwiches and timeless classics like homemade meat loaf, homemade chili and classic Liver and Onions. Take-out service is also available. Pioneer Grill boasts of its milk shakes made from homemade ice cream. A cashier at this location also keeps accurate records of server TIPS and balances all work.
