Colorado Mountain Express is the premier transportation operator in the state of Colorado, providing professional and reliable transportation service to mountain resort locations of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Aspen and Snowmass. CME's service offerings include Door-to-Door and Point-to-Point airport transportation service from Denver International Airport (DEN), Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE), CME has one of the largest fleets in Colorado - two hundred 15-passenger shared ride shuttle vans, fifty luxury SUV's and six beautiful 11-passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles.
Colorado Mountain Express is seeking an energetic, flexible, dynamic leader to join our team as a Reservations Agent. As an employee of Colorado Mountain Express you will work for a fun, dynamic company that has been providing excellence in mountain travel since 1983.
Summary of Position:
As a Reservation Agent, you are responsible for interaction with CME guest(s) via phone and booking accurate reservations using CME reservation system.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls routed to your position in a polite, professional and timely manner
- Book reservations for CME Shuttle, Private and Charter guest transportation
- Accurately input all reservation into CME reservation system
- Understand CME Products and Services and have ability to offer guests various options
- Provide a level of service that exceeds our guest’s expectations
- Interface with the Group Sales Representatives
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Communicate company information in a clear and concise manner
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Position requires exceptional guest service skills, positive attitude and willingness to listen and interpret guests expectations. Top candidate will be self-motivated, have patience with our guests, and be flexible in an ever-changing environment. Spanish-speaking candidates a plus.
