Colorado Mountain Express is the premier transportation operator in the state of Colorado, providing professional and reliable transportation service to mountain resort locations of Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Aspen and Snowmass. CME's service offerings include Door-to-Door and Point-to-Point airport transportation service from Denver International Airport (DEN), Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) and Aspen Pitkin County Airport (ASE), CME has one of the largest fleets in Colorado - two hundred 15-passenger shared ride shuttle vans, fifty luxury SUV's and six beautiful 11-passenger Mercedes Benz Sprinter vehicles.
Summary of Position:
The right candidate will own the training, coaching and success of the reservations department. This position requires an individual with reservations experience who can be a role model, has good organizational and communications skills and is a team player. They are self-motivated and has the initiative to be a decision maker. The supervisor is expected to serve customers by planning and implementing reservation agent success, operations and processes while developing the team and communicating closely with other supervisors and the Reservation Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls routed to your position in a timely manner
- Knowledge of reservation database, all products and services
- Supervise 20-25 Reservation Agents
- Support agents with difficult guests, guest incidents or questions
- Assist with interviewing, hiring and training of agents
- Assist in planning, assigning and directing agents
- Provide ongoing support and training to staff
- Assist with rewarding and disciplining employees in accordance with company policies
- Answer Reservation Calls
- Provide level of customer service that exceeds guest's expectations
- Demonstrate proficiency in sales techniques
- Handle guests incidents in a professional manner
- Work with other departments to resolve guest incidents
- Work with Group Help Desk in booking and confirming group reservations
- Work cohesively with other departments in all locations
- Demonstrate team leader skills
- Participate in cross-training of other departments
- Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
- Other duties as assigned
