- Welcome guests and answer questions they may have.
- Maintain cleanliness of check-in area.
- Maintain organized lists of who has arrived and gotten on which sleigh, as well as detailed noted of special needs.
- Assist guests board the sleigh and deboard the sleigh.
- Capable of multi-tasking and working at a fast but thorough pace.
- Complete all sidework that has been assigned.
- Adheres to all grooming and uniform standards and is productive and professional during entire shift.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Fold and organize blankets as needed, clean out sleigh after each trip.
- Locking and closing the Maggie building nightly.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to communicate English
- Highly organized and neat.
