Vail Mountain Dining Warehouse Clerk, Game Creek - Winter Seasonal, Full Time
Game Creek is looking for a detail oriented employee to ensure quality food transportation and logistics. Come join our team and apply your skills on our iconic mountain.
Responsibilites Include (but are not limited to):
- Assists in receiving and loading product into bins at on-mountain restaurant locations.
- Oversee delivery drivers in loading and unloading delivery trucks and snowcats.
- Responsible for receiving and rotating food and beverage inventory.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of dry storage spaces and walk-in coolers in accordance with all health codes and company guidelines.
- Checks product quality regularly to ensure freshness.
- Assists executive chef in completing monthly inventory.
- Shovels snow as needed.

Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds along with other high physical demands - required.
- Must be fluent in English - required.
- Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions - required.
- High school education or equivalent - preferred.
- "Handyman" skills for helping to maintain the property as necessary - preferred.
