With a mission to Preserve, Protect and Inspire, Flagg Ranch Company (FRC) operates the lodging, restaurants, camping, and activities at the Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch located in the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway, right between Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks.

This winter will be our first winter with full lodging and F&B options for our guests. This job is great for someone who enjoys living and working in the National Parks and wants to share their passion with our guests. This position is responsible for preparing food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for both guests and employees. Also responsible for prep work and keeping the kitchen clean and following all food safety regulations. This position will also assist with dishwashing duties. This winter will have a heavy breakfast buffet service, and more limited dinner service. This position typically works 40-50 hours per week. Our winter season generally runs from mid-December through mid-March.

Life at FRC: Employees are housed in furnished dormitories in our employee village, where you will share a room with one or more fellow employees and can enjoy employee recreation activities and events. Dorm employees participate in our Employee Meal Plan, as there are no cooking facilities in the dorms.
