Job Description: As a Inside Sales Rep. for Vakker Dental, Inc, you will assist customers and sell dental supplies/digital equipment. You are responsible for generating and increasing sales through outbound sales calls, while handling inbound customer calls with professionalism, skill and expediency.

Role and Responsibilities
- Make 75 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
- Responsible for growing and developing assigned territory (new business; upselling and cross selling).
- Thoroughly identify and quickly qualify new prospective customers.
- Provide knowledgeable follow-up and offer solutions to customers regarding requests and pricing.
- Establish effective relationships with customers via phone and email.
- Generate new business from existing customers.
- Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
- Operate efficiently through company CRM
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Proven work experience of 1 years in outbound calling and prospecting.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multi-task.
- Good oral and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality and detail
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Punctuality and reliable transportation are required
- Cloud based CRM experience, i.e., Pipedrive
Physical Requirements
- Regularly works in an office setting
- Must be able to work in front of a computer and use a telephone for a large portion of the day
