Valbin Corporation is seeking a Deputy Role Player Field Manager for a potential contract supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. This role acts as the second-in-command for field operations, stepping in when needed to manage exercises and personnel. ***This position is contingent upon award.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.
As the cornerstone of Valbin's strength, Mission Readiness Support provides government agencies and service members with role players, battlefield immersions, and cultural awareness training. Valbin’s efforts ensure that the U.S. agencies receive the best possible training support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in role player coordination, law enforcement training, or military simulation support.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage personnel and logistics in high-paced training environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with government contracts or law enforcement training support is preferred.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing role player deployments and ensuring smooth execution of training scenarios.
- Supervise role players on-site, providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with training instructors, supervisors, and government personnel to meet exercise requirements.
- Monitor role player attendance, adherence to scripts, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Step in for the Role Player Field Manager as needed to manage operations.
- Assist with quality control checks and post-exercise evaluations.
- Ensure role players are properly outfitted and equipped for each scenario.
- Track and report issues, improvements, and recommendations for training exercises.
- Support scheduling, recruitment, and onboarding of role players.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support contract operations.
Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
