Valbin Corporation is seeking a Role Player Field Manager for a potential contract supporting the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. ***This position is contingent upon award.
Valbin Corporation’s mission is to provide linguistic support, cultural sensitivity training, project management, and exercise support services to the US Government and private sector. Based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area, Valbin has an established and on-going partnership with the US Government through its GSA Schedule and the Valbin Mission Readiness Support Center.
As the cornerstone of Valbin's strength, Mission Readiness Support provides government agencies and service members with role players, battlefield immersions, and cultural awareness training. Valbin’s efforts ensure that the U.S. agencies receive the best possible training support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing role player programs, training simulations, or military/law enforcement exercises.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in high-paced, high-stress environments while making quick decisions.
- Knowledge of law enforcement and military training scenarios is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Prior experience with government contracts or law enforcement training support is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site deployment and coordination of role players during training exercises.
- Ensure role players adhere to scripts and scenario guidelines, maintaining training integrity.
- Conduct pre-exercise briefings and post-exercise debriefings for role players.
- Oversee real-time troubleshooting for role player-related issues during exercises.
- Enforce safety measures and emergency procedures to ensure a controlled training environment.
- Collaborate with training instructors, law enforcement personnel, and government officials to align role player performances with training goals.
- Supervise and evaluate role player effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Manage role player shift scheduling and attendance tracking.
- Ensure proper attire, props, and equipment are utilized for each training scenario.
- Maintain detailed reports on role player performance, participation, and training impact.
- Work closely with the Role Player Supervisor and Deputy Field Manager to ensure overall program success.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support contract operations.
Hours of Operation: 0700 -1700 Monday-Friday
