Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Prior experience in the airlines industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business needs and objectives.
- Support testing, training, and implementation of new solutions.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and documentation.
- Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (onsite twice a week).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the airlines industry or travel domain.
- Familiarity with airline reservation, ticketing, or operations systems.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or data analytics tools.
