Senior SAP HCM Consultant
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid - monthly twice travel required)
Contract type: Only on W2

Job Description:
The SAP HCM Consultant is responsible for configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, TM, Benefits, ESS/MSS).
Gather business requirements and provide end-to-end HR solutions.
Ensure payroll processing and HR compliance.
Support integration with SuccessFactors or third-party HR systems.
Perform testing, documentation, and user training.

Required Skills:
Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP HCM modules and payroll.
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance regulations.
