VALCO Companies is a leading manufacturer of commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment.
We are currently seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Full-Time Assembly Fans in our Coldwater, Ohio facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and assembly, with experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing fabrication and assembly operations for all designated fan models
- Ensuring all fabricating operations meet company standards for safety, quality, and quantity
- Completing required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards and accurate counts on cartoning jobs
- Setting up assigned jobs as required
- Moving parts or loads into and out of the work station as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
