We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is preferred. This is a full-time, benefitted, position working Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., 40 hours per week, onsite at the facility. An occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate the needs of the business. There will be occasional travel.
Essential Functions
- Maintain website content to ensure consistency and relevance
- Standardize and maintain product documentation – Marketing sheets, manuals, spec sheets, etc.
- Maintain Valcom brand and product content with distributor partners
- Research and analyze thecompetitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
- Communicate campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to teams and provide instructions for promotion use
- Monitor and analyze metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns
- Plan and coordinate marketing efforts for trade shows, events, conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
- Coordinate and manage tasks outsourced to external vendors
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Other related duties as assigned.
