Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites.
Perform tasks involving physical labor, such as digging trenches and operating hand and power tools.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.
Support skilled tradespeople in their duties.
Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
Requirements:
Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions .
Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools .
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
