General Construction Laborer

Overview:
We are hiring Solar General Laborers to join our team on a utility-scale solar project in Salome, AZ.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with DC electrical string wire installation and wire management
• Organize and secure electrical wiring in accordance with project specifications
• Work alongside electricians and solar technicians to support installation processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Previous construction or solar experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Willingness to learn and be part of an apprenticeship program
