Requirements of the Project Manager :
- 5 years of experience in a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer role
- At least 2 years of experience with a Commercial HVAC or Commercial Plumbing company
- Must have experience in varied commercial projects (not exclusively multi-family)
- Ability to manage both outfit / remodel projects and new construction
