Requirements of the Director of Operations :
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, supply chain management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in metal fabrication processes including design, welding, assembly, and testing
- Proficiency with MRP systems, including deployment and live implementation
- Skilled in scheduling and coordinating operations, personnel, and workflow
- Knowledge of product development and engineering principles
- Familiarity with MS Office; exposure to CAD platforms such as Catia or NX is a plus
- Report directly to the CEO while driving profitability through operational performance and budget oversight
- Oversee all aspects of design engineering, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, production, and quality operations
- Collaborate with HR to develop job roles, performance metrics, and training initiatives for operational teams
- Lead innovation in design and production to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery
- Assess process efficiency, implement improvements, and scale capacity in line with business growth
- Manage high-impact projects and analyze operational performance reports
- Support as needed
