Compensation: $21-$26/hr base pay DOE, $23-$29/hr after bonus

Job Summary: This employee is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and providing QC inspection support in the production area.
Responsibilities/Tasks: As Quality Control Inspector you will be responsible for:
- Performing inspection on incoming product using Receiving Inspection Instructions including critical components.
- Utilizing various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, to determine the acceptability of parts and materials.
- Performing First Article inspections as-needed.
- Performing QC inspections for production processes per established procedures. This includes of the device final assembly.
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications, including knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
- Segregating nonconforming materials and accepted materials accordingly.
- Participating in the identification and investigation of nonconforming materials.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of physical records and electric files.
- Working as a team under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager
- Participating in projects as defined
Qualifications:
- Medical Device QC experience preferred
- Previous QC or RI experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
- Must be familiar with Quality Control principles.
- Knowledge of measurement and test equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
- High school diploma or GED
