Compensation : $21-$26 / hr base pay DOE, $23-$29 / hr after bonus

Job Summary : This employee is responsible for inspecting incoming materials and providing QC inspection support in the production area.

Responsibilities / Tasks : As Quality Control Inspector you will be responsible for :

• Performing inspection on incoming product using Receiving Inspection Instructions including critical components.
• Utilizing various inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, to determine the acceptability of parts and materials.
• Performing First Article inspections as-needed.
• Performing QC inspections for production processes per established procedures. This includes of the device final assembly.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications, including knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance.
• Segregating nonconforming materials and accepted materials accordingly.
• Participating in the identification and investigation of nonconforming materials.
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of physical records and electric files.
• Working as a team under the supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager
• Participating in projects as defined
