We are a growing property management company excited to hire people who are willing to grow with us.

  • Position Overview :

    • We are seeking a passionate and proactive Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building, growing, and managing our communities. This individual will be the face of our brand, nurturing relationships with our community members, gathering feedback, providing support, and driving engagement. The Community Manager will work closely with the residents and onsite maintenance.

  • Key Responsibilities :

    • Collecting rent, leasing vacant apartments, recertifying residents, uploading and approving invoices, weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Qualifications :

    • 3 Years property management experience, LIHTC, RD, HUD, Fair housing knowledge is a must. Experience with using Yardi, Right Source is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with community management tools and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A deep understanding of the target audience and a passion for the brand’s mission.
  • Experience in event planning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure community engagement and feedback.
