We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for our West Baden and Paoli Indiana property. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment. This role involves maintaining and improving building systems, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and ensuring overall functionality and safety of the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Perform general carpentry, including repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
