This role involves maintaining and improving building systems, responding to emergency maintenance requests, and ensuring overall functionality and safety of the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Perform general carpentry, including repairs and installations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Order and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
