Things You’ll Do Here:
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead IT change management, including system upgrades, migrations, and technology adoption.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Manage and mentor IT teams, fostering collaboration, performance, and professional development.
- Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
- Implement IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources strategically.
- Oversee IT asset procurement, ensuring cost-effective and business-aligned technology investments.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and end-user devices, ensuring reliability and security.
- Drive cloud adoption and integration to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with business units to align technological solutions with operational needs and strategic objectives.
- Implement collaboration tools and technologies to enhance communication and teamwork.
- Oversee end-user support services, including help desk operations and training programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- Five (5) or more years in Information Technology with a proven track record of successful project execution.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IT infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead and develop IT teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies.
- Knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, and industry compliance standards.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services.
- Relevant certifications.
- Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
- Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
- Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
- Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
