Responsibilities
This person provides clinical and administrative supervision to the following programs: daytime and after hours crisis intervention services, intake, co-responders, mobile crisis team and alternative sentencing court. This Manager assists all teams in following the policies and procedures, facilitates communication among team members, and coordinates the daily operations of Crisis and Intake Services. This position enhances the “team” orientation, and coordinates closely with all teams. Ensure staff work as part of an integrated treatment team collaborating with the individual served, family members or others they want involved in their treatment and other treatment team members (internal and external) to help support the individual in their treatment and recovery. Approach interactions with individuals served, colleagues and those supervised with a trauma sensitive lens. This individual also provides direct emergency services and intakes, as needed.
Job Requirements
Requires at least a Masters degree in psychology or social work. Must be licensed and designated a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Good organizational skills, leadership ability, and basic computer skills needed. Requires the ability to work in a highly-paced situation and the ability to meet multiple deadlines. Experience with severe and persistent mental illness and special populations required. Supervisory experience required.

The employee is occasionally required to lift up to 25 pounds and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Salary Range
$75,062– $86,752 – $92,968

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
