Valeo North America, Inc. : Test Tool Coordinator for Troy, MI to test & validate automotive products through tool chain development, definition, procurement & continuous improvement; define & ensure test environment maturity & infrastructure for software, system, system integration, Hardware in Loop & DV / PV; ensure tool maturity; coordinate communications between test tool developers & R&D; establish timelines & resources; design test environments; ensure tool chain aligns with test software architecture & processes; define test architecture; integrate hardware; select technologies, suppliers & test tools; document solutions. Requires Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or closely-related and 5 yrs progressive post-Bachelor's experience in an Engineering occupation developing automated tools for ISO 26262 safety critical systems, systems integration testing, system validation, test integration, Hardware in Loop & DV / PV; using Labview, CANoe, and / or DSPACE to develop test tools; developing automotive communication protocols with HW & SW tools from Vector, Intrepid and / or National Instruments; and working with requirements engineering & tools (DOORS, COREALM and / or SVN), digital hardware & communications protocols (CAN, I2C, SPI & UART). 20% travel to Egypt, Ireland, India & Mexico. $131,520 per year.
