Maintenance Technician

Valhalla Management is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in the El Dorado, KS.

This position will be centered around maintenance work orders, scheduled preventative maintenance, and grounds keeping; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· General maintenance duties (basic carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance repair, light HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

· Landscaping and grounds maintenance

· Preventative maintenance

· Maintaining equipment and maintenance inventory

· Ordering maintenance supplies

· Make-ready completion

· On-Call responsibilities

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Must have basic maintenance tools

· Clear criminal background required

· Reliable transportation and clear driving record

· Ability to read online work orders and communication from supervisor and/or management

· Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with interruptions

· Ability to walk distances, lift appliances, and climb stairs

Position Details:

· Full Time, Monday-Friday and On-call

· $18 - $20 hourly, Depending on Experience and Skills

• Monday-Friday 8-5 with a one hour lunch break and availability for emergency calls

• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
