Valhalla Management Association is a property management company in Rochester, MN. We manage the maintenance and finances for 382 condominium units in 13 different condominium buildings.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our complex. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and assisting with various projects. If you are a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting residents and answering their questions

- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory levels

- Organize and maintain physical and digital files

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

- Provide support in preparing documents, reports, and presentations

- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or pertinent information

Skills:

- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
