What are the responsibilities and job description for the PEHA Technician/Data Collector - Security Clearance Required position at Valiant Integrated Services?
DUTIES :
Receives reports from 21
IN G-1 / G-4 for personnel and equipment shortages.
Ensures proper message traffic is relayed to the proper individual within the PEHA for timely action.
Maintains logs and requests and provides feed back to the 21
IN G-1 / 4 on pending personnel actions / requests.
May be asked to prepare reports to provide feedback to OC / T’s and the Sustainment TAFF on personnel reporting and requests.
Communicates requirements by radio, electronic or verbal means with complete accuracy.
Ensures accountability of all personnel and equipment entering and leaving the Personnel Holding Area (PEHA).
Coordinates with the senior CSS NCO or officer in the PEHA to ensure all the standards established by the customer (JRTC Operations Group) are adhered to.
Reads rules and PEHA SOP to the RTU as they rotate through the PEHA.
Uses conflict resolution while working with the senior RTU Soldier.
May be required to coordinate with senior OC / T to work with unruly RTU Soldiers.
Assists in organizing chalks to return to the box as replacements.
Performs other duties in accordance with Mission Support Contract requirements as directed.

Required Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience :
Prior Soldier who served successfully in the administrative field, or comparable civilian / government / military occupation employment for a minimum of one year.
Desired Experience :
Prior Soldier or civilian / government with experience / working knowledge of Army replacement system.
Prior experience using and manipulating an MS Excel database.
Additional Requirements :
Must be able to travel unaccompanied throughout the continental US and foreign countries.
Applicant selected must possess an active NACI or security clearance.
Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug screening; will be subject to random drug screening.
Individual must be able to work outside at times.
Individual must have a valid state driver’s license.
Must be able to work shift work, holidays and weekends.
Must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills (written and oral).
