About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Program Team and support Activity Specialists in delivering high-quality programs to campers. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to manage challenging situations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Program Team and support Activity Specialists in planning and delivering session theme activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote team cohesion and ensure effective communication within the team.
- Collaborate with the Camp Coordinator to plan and deliver training sessions for staff.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities and performing to the best of their abilities.
