What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Systems Administrator (Unix / Windows) position at VALiNTRY?
VALiNTRY is seeking a IT Systems Administrator for a onsite position in Orlando Florida. We are seeking a professional well versed in Unix / Linux / Windows operating system. Pay Range between $24.00 to $30.00 per hour on a W2, This position can compensate more depending on additional skills set that can be more valuable to the enterprise, don't hesitate to apply if you're a strong technical fit for this position.
This position is 2nd Shift 5 : 00pm to 2 : 00am EST
You will be part of a team to deploy monthly Windows updates to over 2000 Windows client and server devices in a real-time service environment including installation, reboot, and verification of functionality
- Backup / Recovery systems
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT hardware and software
- Hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Performed software installations and upgrades to UNIX or Windows operating systems.
- Proactively identified areas for improvement in the IT infrastructure, recommending appropriate technology solutions to boost productivity and performance levels.
- Maintained strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating on joint initiatives that supported organizational goals.
- Diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues.
- Orchestrated integration and communication of software upgrades.
Technical support for employees, addressing network infrastructure, internal desktop systems, software, and hardware issues. Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, servers, and network-related challenges in diverse environments. Effectively communicates complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
