What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper LEAD position at Valle Verde - a HumanGood community?
Under direct supervision, the Groundskeeper Lead will support the Groundskeeping team with work orders, scheduling, and acting as a liason between the community and residents; will also perform unskilled to semi-skilled work in properly maintaining the community grounds and equipment used to maintain a manicured appearance. The Groundskeeper LEAD will help ensure that the duties and scheduled work is met within the scheduled time frame, according to the budget and priorities set by the Director of Buildings and Grounds.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3 PM
Pay: $19.00-$22.50, depending on experience
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Education –
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience/Training –
- One year experience in groundskeeping.
- Ability to operate a variety of machinery and equipment, including riding and push lawnmowers, power edgers, weed eaters, and air blowers;
