We are seeking a compassionate and skilled licensed vocational nurse (LVN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join our team at Valle Verde, a HumanGood community in Santa Barbara.

The Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary, ranging from $42 to $49 per hour, depending on experience. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assess residents' needs, develop care plans, and implement treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing direct patient care to residents, including:
- Administering medications and performing vital signs
- Monitoring residents for any changes in condition
- Developing individualized care plans to meet residents' physical and emotional needs
- Implementing treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current LVN/LPN license in the state of California
- Current CPR certification
- Two years of prior nursing experience, preferably in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care settings
