What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern - Internal Audit position at Valley Bank?
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Assist auditors through hands-on analysis of firm data and provide insights from it.
- Seek audit areas of opportunity where analytics can be applied to conduct testing versus the sample approach.
- Generate a visual analysis with charts / graphs for several audits and audit functions.
- Interact with business partners to identify data sources and the data elements required for analytics.
- Work closely with audit staff towards meeting department goals.
- Perform continuous monitoring tasks and evaluate the results.
