We are looking for a 1st shift Cabinet Building Team Lead! Starting at $26/hr based on experience!
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 5:30am - 3:00pm & Friday: 5:30am – 12pm (Hours may vary based on workload)

What you will do:
As the Cabinet Building Team Lead you will be a crucial role in leading and developing a skilled team of manufacturing professionals. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Seville (Cabinet) Department to ensure that production deadlines are met by managing schedules and workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure efficient and high-quality custom cabinetry manufacturing.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members for their professional growth and development.
- Ensure new hires are properly trained on their job duties and safety protocols.
- Assign mentors or training partners to new hires to assist with their transition into the team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Production Planning and Execution
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Collaborate with production team to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain production standards to achieve operational excellence.

Quality Assurance
- Enforce quality control measures to guarantee the production of high-quality custom cabinetry.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent reoccurrence.

Process Improvement
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and increased efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Drive initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste.

Safety and Compliance
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety.
- Other duties, as assigned.
What you need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on custom cabinetry is preferred.
- Experience working with wood as a primary raw material is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
