With pay raise opportunities at 6 months and 12 months of employment!
Work Schedule:
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday: 6:00am - 3:30pm & Friday: 6:00am - 12pm (Hours may vary based on workload)

What you will do:
As a Skilled Custom Cabinet Builder, you will play a key role in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-end custom cabinets for various projects. By performing these responsibilities, a skilled custom cabinet builder ensures that every project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Fabrication: Build custom cabinets according to detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to create functional and aesthetically pleasing cabinets.
Interpret and work from detailed client drawings, blueprints, or design plans to create custom cabinetry.
Measure and cut wood, veneers, and other materials to the required specifications with precision.
Assemble cabinet components (e.g., doors, drawers, shelves) using advanced joinery techniques such as dovetail, mortise and tenon, or dowel joints.
Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Perform final inspections of completed cabinets to ensure they meet company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
What you need:
Proven experience as a cabinet builder or similar carpentry role.
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and tools, including saws, drills, routers, and sanders.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
Knowledge of materials and finishes used in cabinetry.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong commitment to safety protocols and worksite safety.
